The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission is a Virginia Values Veterans (V3) certified agency by the Department of Veterans Services.

Virginia has one of the youngest Veterans populations and the fastest growing Veteran labor force in the United States. The Virginia Values Veterans (V3) program is an official Commonwealth of Virginia program that seeks to educate and train companies to recruit, hire, train, and retain skilled United States Veterans.

Equal Employment Opportunity Plan

The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission receives significant grant funds from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). Recipients of these grants are required by the DOJ to develop and disseminate an Equal Employment Opportunity Plan (EEOP) Utilization Report. The purpose of the EEOP Utilization Report is to ensure that recipients of DOJ grants are providing equal employment opportunities to everyone, including women and minorities.

A hard copy of the EEOP Utilization Report for the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission is available on request.
